A simple approach to restoring the cervical and lumbar curves is to just lay over a shaped fulcrum or wedge in such a way as to reinforce and retrain the sagittal curves of the spine.
This method is most appropriate tool for patients who either cannot tolerate, or simply won’t participate in a more aggressive program of extension traction. They can also function well as an aid to spinal maintenance once maximum correction has been achieved.
